Overclocking and fan profiling

Enable overclocking

Use nvidia-xconfig --cool-bits=valueto set coolbits value. Common values found below.

• 4 to enable fan profiling.

• 8 to enable overclocking on the PowerMizer page in nvidia-settings.

• 16 to enable overclocking using the cli options from nvidia-settings.

Values can be summed. To enable all overclocking features, use 31 as value.
